2021 Winback Campaign
We wanted to take a very personal approach with this campaign. "We miss you...", "Where did you go?", "Was it something we said?". Letting the potential owner know that we want more than their one-time business deal, but to build a relationship they can trust if they'll give us that chance.
Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer Welcome Campaign Emails
With the reimagining of the Jeep Grand Wagoneer as a luxury vehicle, there was still such a deep story to be told in the rich history of adventure and natural elements of it's past. This 3-part email series seeks to do that with clean lines and bold, but subtle elements of it's past.
Email 1 is a "Welcome to the family", as we welcome the new owner to their new adventure. We chose to do the initial email in a moody black that highlights more of a reveal of the product. In our case, we need to point out the features of our financing product as well, and that's done here and in the following emails.
Email 2 continues the journey, but brightens up the screen with a clean, white background and opens up more features of our services to the customer.
Email 3 reinforces the previous messaging, and highlights the same services as before, but shuffles them, bringing others to the forefront.
Preapproval campaign
Here we introduce the brand family as a whole. In the hero images, I chose to use illustrated backgrounds vs photography, because I wanted to give the hint of the adventure the owner could enjoy without super-imposing my take on what that might be. Letting them imagine the journey, is part of the journey.
